a library of lists of my favorite helpful books

come on in &

get comfy and cozy!

Oh, how I love books! But I didn’t always. I only started to truly love to read much later on in my life— and I had no idea what I was missing out on all those years!

Since then, I have gained so much from adopting a habit and lifestyle of turning to books. Reading has helped keep my curiosity alive! Books surprise me with the delight of discovery, deepen my understanding of myself, expand my perspectives and help me to not feel so alone out there!

Here you’ll find a few book lists of resources that I’ve found helpful in my journey and training. Many of them help support and guide the work I do. I invite you to wander around and see what catches you eye! And check back often, as I like to add to these shelves the new reads that I find.

How will your world expand and deepen by your next curious read?

“She reads books as one would breathe air, to fill up and live.”

—Annie Dillard
